Dual Coil Heater
This consists of two 600mm coils in one compact unit, one side to preheat the fuel filter and the other side to heat either the diesel or UVO before the injector pump, therefore not heat shocking the injector pump. Dimensions, 75mm diameter, 170mm long (including connections).
Single Coil Heater
This consists of one 600mm coil in a compact unit; these units can be used for preheating filters, or heating UVO just as it comes out of the tank and therefore making UVO flow easier in the fuel lines. Dimensions, 75mm diameter, 120mm long (including connections).
Heater Tees
Heater Tee's redirect your cooling/heating system, to cycle through the above fuel heaters and to still allow the correct operation of your internal cabin heater.
CAV Filter
This unit is normally used for diesel applications, but is also an excellent final UVO filter, and best of all with a glass bottom show you can see any water or gunk build up, replacement filters are relativity cheap with most auto shops stocking replacement filters.
Pollak 6 Port Valve
This is a 6 port valve which is universally used within vehicles and boats to switch fuel from two separate tanks, and in doing so also returns unused fuel back to the right tank.
Filter Bags
These range from 1 micron through to 25 micron, they are a cloth bag which is 250mm diameter with a steel ring and 450mm long, they are reusable but every time they are washed they will lose a little micron rating.
Automatic Timer
These are either a 12 or 24 Volt system, they will switch your vehicle over to UVO when the temperature reaches its optimal working temperature, and when you turn your vehicle off they will time down (adjustable time down) and will switch you vehicle back to diesel to flush your system out of UVO, ready to go next time you start. They will also switch on a fuel pump when on UVO, and also have a manual over-ride just in case you ever run out of either fuel.
Manual Switch
This is a basic switch to electrically change over the 6 Port Pollak valve so it can deliver fuel from the selected tank, this switch also has a light so you can tell if you are running on diesel, no light supplied for UVO as we only warn if you are on diesel.
Thermo Switch
Used in conjunction with automatic timer, tells the timer when the fuel is at its optimum temperature. This unit can also be used with the manual system to tell the user when to change over to UVO.
